Nurse Managed Centers provide several Community Outreach programs and clinics in the Ann Arbor area.
Nurse Managed Centers is a not-for-profit organization that is operated by the University of Michigan School of Nursing (Kathleen Potempa, Dean). Nurse Managed Centers are funded by University of Michigan Office of the Provost, University of Michigan School of Nursing, Michigan Department of Community Health, Washtenaw Health Plan, Washtenaw United Way, City of Ann Arbor, Ann Arbor Housing Commission, Michigan Department of Community Health, Pfizer Corporation, Kellogg Foundation and private donations. If you wish to make a tax-deductible donation to support the work of the clinics, you may mail it directly to the attention of Carol Zastrow, Clinic Manager at the clinic location.
